Project Management

Miller Building Group (MBG) can provide Project Management in several capacities depending on the scope or status of your building project. When MBG is contracted as the general contractor on a project, all of the services below are utilized from start to finish. When a customer has a contractor in place, but would like an independent owner's representative, any or all of these services could be provided.

• Review the various bids and issue contracts accordingly.
• Develop a schedule for the project.
• Provide updated reports and photos of the work as it progresses.
• Regularly meet with the architect and contractor to help answer questions and keep the project on schedule.
• Develop a schedule of values by which a contractor(s) would base their pay requests.
• Periodically review pay requests against work completed and determine payments (upon owner's agreement).

• Seasonal repairs
• Meet with local vendors for certain repairs, deliveries, etc.
